Crappy weather can produce the best shots, whereas a shot taken in 'sunny 16' weather could be just as lacklustre as the existing group portrait. Dark brooding skies look good as portrait backgrounds, especially if they echo the dark, brooding suits of the legal profession. Rain isn't fun to work with, though.
