Have we had any lens specific themes? Details is the closest I
could find, and that really wasn't lens specific. The upcoming
"wide angle point of view" is not, from my POV, about using just
wide angle lenses, so I don't see it as exclusionary. The upcoming
"short telephoto" lens gallery might be argued that it's lens
specific, but may I suggest that it's not. I'd venture a guess that
most everyone on this list has a lens that allows use of a focal
range between 70mm and 150mm. There seem to be a lot of list member
with 28~80 and 28~105 zooms, as well as those with primes that fall
into that range, as well as those with zooms in other ranges that
encompass the 70mm - 150mm range. Yes, there may be someone who
can't participate - but perhaps, if they really wanted to they could
borrow a lens.
