Of course, I'll defer to those who have used the lens. I'm not sure Juan was thrilled with his, but maybe he didn't like other aspects of it apart from optical quality. I do, however, recall reading some comments that it was but a so-so lens, but now I'm wondering if those comments weren't directed towards a different lens - 18~35?
