Hi Fred, The photo, as presented here, can use a little work, but what you do with it is subjective. The burnt highlights give me the most issue.
Your use of Rodinal @ 1:100 for 60 minutes has me perplexed. Generally times for a 1:100 dilution are in the 15min - 20min range depending on exposure and the contrast of the original scene. How did you arrive at 60 minutes as the development time? Without getting into the details of agitation and the proper amount (not proportion) of developer (we can look at that later should you care to), anything more than 20 minutes seems excessive.
