speed would allow more DOF control in bright light without using ND filters, (which can be a PITA).

The resolution is exactly the same (2008 x 3008) at any ISO setting. I suspect you mean noise level?
I keep hoping that a future "Daddy" D will have a min
range of 100. Do I care?
I thought I would but have found that it doesn't make much difference to me most of the time. The noise level is more than low enough for me at ISO 200 that I don't need anything lower as far as image quality is concerned. I use ND filters when I need longer shutter speeds. I *would* like lower (and higher) ISO capability when I'm working with a fixed aperture/shutter-speed combination and fiddling with exposure by changing ISO.

I can understand why mankind hasn't given up war. During a war you get to drive tanks through the sides of buildings and shoot foreigners - two things that are usually frowned on during peacetime.
