That's pretty much how I work here too, my partner uses a USB memory key or Muvo to shuffle files between work and home and I either use an external HD or my CF cards to shuffle data between friends etc however I back up now to DVD. I still prefer to write a closed CD of only the data I need printed though. In any case I'm sure a few of you have a decent unused CD-R drive you could send to Ann, I have a few but unfortunately the postage costs would be a bit prohibitive for a drives of that size.
