Used to be that they had lower capacity and slower write speeds. Most professional digital cameras
use CF cards. However the new SD cards have higher capacities and equivalent write speeds to CF.
I happen to think that SD cards are too F*#&(%$ small. (But that's just my opinion).

Sadly, yes.
Hopefully this isn't the start of a trend.
Perhaps Pentax is owned by Lexar?
