I dunno, not being a DSLR owner (yet!), but I've been naively interpreting that sort of comment as being at least a raw indicator of reliability (it's certainly better than hearing "I got three exposures before everything went black", etc.). I.e., it's sort of like hearing that a user of a film-based SLR has shot 500 (or whatever) rolls of film without any problems... No? Fred
