I agree 100%  That's why (with the exception of the very small number of
frames I've deleted from the cameras) I've still got every image from my
*ist-D, and the other digital cameras I've used over the years, and I've
got a 100GB firewire drive so I can keep a significant number available
without having to go back to the offline storage (I burn CDs initially,
and am now in the process of sorting prior to burning images to DVDs)
