I haven't bought Blue Mountain for over a decade. I Have Been Told(TM) that ever since the gummint started taking what the growers considered to be too big a slice of the profits, nobody bothers with shipping the good stuff; they can get as much money, for less work, with lesser grades. Supposedly you can still buy the real stuff direct from the plantation in a couple of places, but not on the export market.
