Personally I like Mocha Java if it is reasonably fresh and properly roasted. If I do not know what it is going to be like, I guess I would take sumatra as it usually seems more consistant than most coffee to me. However, like all serious coffee drinkers I will drink it if hot, brown colored, and bitter tasting.
