There is no such thing as a "digital look". A digital image can
look like anything, including a perfect emulation of whatever
grain floats your boat.

The digital look is what comes off your camera before monkeying with it.
As such, it does have a fairly broad range of appearance, but anything coming off my istD doesn't show grain (noise in digitease) in a big way unless the ISO is set high.
