Nope - I always knew I could fill up that sort of space. The first PC I actually purchased for my self (a 386/20) came with a 40MB drive, and the first thing I did was rip that out and replace with a 127MB one. (A 5 1/4 full-height drive. It was actually a 140MB drive, but the ATA controller on my PC could only address 128MB). The drive was surplus from a workstation upgrade at work; it was about to be sold for scrap! > John Coyle wrote: > > > I'd only begin to worry when I had less than 10%, or 100MB, left nowadays. > > Are you sure you've got that right? Only 1GB total disk space? I've got around 25GB just of images on my notebook (60GB drive), and a 100GB USB drive with a few more images.
