The dividers are awesome. They're thickly padded and can be assembled in a variety of ways, They come with the foam piece for inside the cover. You need that. The only real alternative to the dividers or the foam is to by your own foam and cut it to fit, but you have to be sure you get a variety that doesn't release any gases.
