Macs - a bit OT but not too much

Now that Macs have reasonable prices and a secure viruseless OS why does 
the majority of people keep buying one Windows PC after another and 
won't even consider them as an alternative?

(I don't want to start a Mac vs PC discussion, just asking because I'm 
curious)
