Oh, not that idiotic debate again. Ok, I'll bite. What problems with
AF? I have _never_ seen one. Sharpness? I use filters on my Leica
glass, and examining the Velvia slides under a 40x magnification,
there is no differerence (if you keep the filter clean of course).
Flare? Sometimes, yes.
If that is what you have experienced, fine. But many others haven't.
so don't state it as facts, plase.
