i go to double dimensions, 25.1 MP, but it's clear that is past the point of
any real detail gain. it just simplifies my workflow and lets me downsample
when i need smaller without having to redo any adjustments.

I've also found that over-sampling provides more detail as such I rarely
demosaic to the "native" pixel array dimensions but to at least 11MP.
