I'm glad you gave me the benefit of the doubt. :) Actually it wasn't
tongue-in-cheek (for once). I truly don't like most street photography. I
do however occasionally find exceptional shots in the genre I appreciate.
Most of those have been introduced to me by people on this list, either
their own or by references to well-known photographers.
I earlier attempted to express my personal views and feelings about street
photography, while acknowedging that I do find some of the images
compelling. I thought and hoped I did so in a manner that expressed an
overall negative view regarding most of the images I see, without making it
a personal attack.
