Some years ago a law was passed in Denmark, giving the copyright to the
person shown in the picture, not the photographer. This law would result in
a lot of unemployed photographers and was soon substituted by a new law,
giveing the copyright back to the photographer.

Copywritten?

A photograph is not a copy of either a building or a person, consequently a
photograph of a building or a person wouldn't (or shouldn't) violate
copyright.
