And personally... I think that's OK. I would suspect, considering all the
positive feedback this seller has, that it would not hurt him. That is
likely a reason why he was ready to "chuck the whole deal" when Albano left
the negative feedback (which the seller deserved). When I see an
overwhelming number of positive posts, and then 1 or 2 negative ones, it
does not influence my opinion too much.
I might also venture a guess, based on the seller's prior attitude, that
Albano is not the only customer EVER to have had problems with the seller,
ebay or otherwise. So the negative feedback is not entirely undeserved,
and a follow-up would be appropriate. If another potential buyer reads it
and is doubting something already, it may be enough to make the buyer
beware.
I am very happy that the seller has changed his mind and that is certainly
to his credit.

P.S. You never know what kind of things transpire. Was Kevin the shop
owner or just an employee? It's possible Kevin thought he was looking out
for the shop's interest and the owner/management was unaware of the issue,
or that it was receiving headline news around the world. Upon becoming
aware, things could change quickly. Just a possible scenario.
