Upon further reflection, and upon reading the responses to my previous post, I
must agree with those who state that the original feedback should remain, with a
further amendment that the situation has been resolved.

I agree for the reasons stated by those other posters, along with the reality
that the negative feedback may well have been part of the reason that the vendor
changed his original position that a refund was not warranted.  So, it really
should remain there, as an indication that the transaction was something less
than a smooth one.

Of course, it's up to Albano how he wishes to handle it, isn't it.
