Good point.  However I feel that the negative feedback was warranted and
should remain.  It would be good if it could be amended to show the eventual
satisfactory (we hope) resolution, it should remain noted that there was a
big hassle involved.  The whole point of the feedback system is to let
prospective buyers know about possible pitfalls.
