Interesting. Thanks Paul. I was putting to gether a wheel barrow this
weekend and was swearing at the blankety-blank packers who did not include
the washers as shown in the assembly diagram. The written instructions did
not mention the washers and the bolts had serrated faces. I figured that I
would no longer need the washers with these kinds of bolts. The things we
learn. :)
