Thats true. I believe that here its enough for someone to trespass on your property for you to feel "threatened". Of course, this is not taken lightly. If you shoot someone who is simply putting flyers on your door, you are gonna have a hard time defending yourself, even if you posted a million no tresspassing signs on your property.

If your trying to steal my Pentax gear, I have every right to use my side arm on you. ;)
