I don't think any responsible person would try to pretend that
pedophiles do not exist. But, equally, we must realize what a small
percentage of the male population they are. Scaring children of all
men is not justified by the facts, and I am sure it is very harmful to
the children. Children need both male and female contact if they are
to develop into healthy, balanced adults.
