Hear,  hear.

It's a politically correct knee jerk response to an image such as this
is to label it irresponsible & potentially harmful. As a kid I
remember sitting on my grandfathers knee asking to have a sip of his
beer. And he always let me try it.

If I remember correctly Shel has posted this young ladies photo before
& I think I remember that it was taken many years ago. The times have
changed & parents nowadays seem horrified by the idea of giving kids
little tastes of beer/wine etc now & then. And people wonder why binge
drinking is such a problem with today's teenagers & young adults. I am
a believer that if you expose children  to small & sensible amounts of
alcohol when young, when they get older it won't seem so special.
