I think there is only so far you can go and still call it a LX.  Adding AF
is a pretty big one, and when you start doing things like adding LCD
screens, extra switches, taking away the mechanical parts and replacing
them with electronic (such as the self timer, DOF preview, mechanical
shutter speeds) - you end up with a totally different camera.  Pentax
should start from the ground up with a totally new camera that has many of
the features of the LX - OTF metering, sealed construction, MLU, etc. plus
new features like AF, program exposure, matrix metering, builtin winder,
etc. (hopefully this is the rumored flagship).  Then they should come out
with the Limited camera - this shouldn't be a LXII either, but can still
has some features that the LX has like mechanical speeds, OTF metering, and
maybe even that battery pack/AF motor/winder deal that Nenad thought of.
