You *wouldn't want to pay for in camera image stabilzation, if it has it?
Why not?
It can't weigh much, certainly would not add any more complex operation than
toggling it on/off (or if it was really smart, it would allow the user to
set the shutter speed at which it kicked in), and would likely help produce
more keepers.
You might be lucky though, and there won't be IS. ;-0

How are you able to determine how large it is?
I'd sure be disappointed if it had image stabilization, a feature I'd not
want to pay for either with dollars or with weight and complexity.
Both look to have a "green button," but what does that say? It may imply
to some that the green button will work in the same manner it does on the
istD, but there's certainly no guarantee of that, although it probably
does. There would definitely a loud cry of outrage should the cameras not
work with the earlier manual focus lenses.

The camera seem quite large. It could in fact include in-body stabilizer.
If
it does this will be my first digital camera.
The 645D have the green button. It seem to mimick the K-mount cameras
interface.
