It doesn't have to be the one from Nikon D200 especially that my friend who has close relationship with Nikon Poland told me that CCD used in D200 is Nikon's own developed and won't be available to anyone else - just like sensors used in D70/D50. But Sony has already developed their own big, high quality CMOS sensors, one of them is in R1, so there's no problem to make it bigger to fit APS-C image circle.
