An OK consumer-grade zoom; not in the same ballpark as the
rest of the equipment, especially once you get beyond 200mm.
There again, none of the other lenses even get as far as 200mm.

Works very well on my PZ-1p and MZ-S;
I assume it will be fine on the MZ-5n.

It's OK - the electronic stuff knows that it's quite good enough.
But an MX is always nice to have (even LX users agree on that).

Extremely well.  I routinely use one on my 300/2.8 to give me
a 500mm AF lens, and it performs admirably.

The FA 28-70/f4 gets consistently good marks.  For  a little
more reach the original power zoom 28-105 is much admired, too.
