Yes, Cassino is very good, but very much not here:-). Seriously, Mark was the 
one who convinced me that flash was a big advantage for this type of 
photography. Then Bill Sawyer introduced me to the Kirk Xtender. That gives 
even a moderately powerful flash sufficient range.
