This list is moderated excellently by the list membership.  If anyone presents 
themself as, for example, a pompous pillock, they are very quickly brought to 
heel.  It is only because of Doug's almost absolute hands-off policy that this 
list is so useful.  A number of issues, such as the one presently being 
discussed have been dissected in great detail and wide range.  As far as I am 
concerned, that has been nothing but beneficial to me.
