I'm glad to read that you're basically OK. I hope you recover well. As a piece of advice, be sure you pay these mild inconvenience and sourness of the next few days a close attention. My wife had a similar story about ten years ago, and she also felt basically OK at first. Then she's had violent arm, neck and headaches during years (slightly displaced vertebrae, pinched nerves). She's mostly, but not totally recovered now, and the remaining annoyance, although mild, won't wear off with the age. Most probably you won't experience any of this, but don't hesitate to see a professional even if you feel "almost good". Take care Patrice
