Many one-hour style labs are capable of processing 120 film, however that
does not mean that the operators of the lab know how to do it or are any
good at it. You're probably best to find the lab that the local
wedding/portrait guys send their film to.
Minor quibble:
While many 1hr labs can process 120 C-41 (I think all Noritsu film
processors can do it), very few will have the needed masks and lenses to
print it.
Also, I have found that when i am processing 120 film at work, the
possiblity of getting tar spots is greater, since the 120 film is running in
an unused section of the racks, and glop tends to collect around that part
of the machine.
