Not better AF, since there's precious little AF performance difference between a 30D and a 5D and a D200 has them both beat by a small margin. Not more ruggedness as a D200 is noticably more rugged than the 5D and the 30D is a match for the 5D. Full frame's advantages are faster wide zooms (f2.8 vs f4), more dynamic range and better noise performance at high ISO's, oh, and nice viewfinders.
