I've seen other people reference my pages in eBay auctions before and it's fine with me as long as they give credit and a URL - I don't even demand that they ask permission first. This sad case couldn't even be bothered to remove the style tags from my HTML code or the "Please don't telephone me with questions about this lens" text. Watta loser! (Love how he describes the lens as "Macro, wide angle, zoom"!) I'm going to update the image with something a little more obnoxious every day and see how long it takes until it's noticed.
