Hi Shel,
Not answering for Jack, but I'd like to see it with more mid-range  
brightness and more mid-range contrast. If it were mind, I'd first do  
a curves adjustment and just push it up in the middle to brighten  
things up. Then I'd do a second curves adjustment, introducing an S- 
curve to increase mid-range contrast.
