Can you tell us any more about this individual? The eBay name he went by?
At least what city he operated from? Actually, the city or area where he
was based would probably be the most valuable information since he's likely
to create new identities in the future.
I'm at the point where I'll only buy on eBay if the seller uses Pay Pal.
I sometimes make exceptions if I really want the item being sold and it's
really hard to find.
