To me, best means easiest. If I were in her shoes and not needing high quality, then a quiet room, a PC microphone hooked up to my PC that has a CD burner, and Sound Recorder which already comes with Windows, would suffice. This is because I already have a quiet room, PC microphone, a computer with CD burner, and Windows.
