Transcend is not yet offering any SDHC cards for sale as yet.  
Sandisk, Toshiba, Panasonic and one or two other manufacturers have  
announced SDHC cards. A quick Google search showed some available but  
prices are high (around $150-200 for 4G) and vendors are still a  
little scarce. I'd wait a few months for SDHC card production to ramp  
up.

I noticed this morning that the Nikon D80 is also an SD/SDHC card  
DSLR camera.
