Centrino is a laptop spec (Essentially it means the combo of an Intel 
Core Duo processor, Intel chipset and Intel Wireless card or chipset), a 
Centrino Duo uses a Core Duo processor, the immediate predecessor of the 
Core 2 Duo processor that was recently introduced. It's a mild speed 
increase only.
