I would take the zoom and the 31/1.8. My light kit depends on what I'm going to be doing. If I know I'm going to want to shoot indoors, I'll take the FA 35/2 and maybe the DA 12-24. If I'm gong to be shooting outdoors, I'll usually take the DA 16-45 and the DA 50-200.
