Jaume - I've had an A10 since January. This is the camera that's always in my pocket, briefcase or glove compartment and it works great.
Is it the fastest camera on the market? Probably not. I certainly do not experience the poor performance that has been mentioned in the reviews. One thing never mentioned in the reviews is the firmware update that was posted on the Pentax website a couple of months ago. Before the update, every once in a while the autofocus would be slightly erratic. The camera handles fine since the upgrade. I don't know if this is a coincidence or if that was the point of the upgrade. I have no problem recommending this camera. Here are a few example images taken before the firmware upgrade. Look for the link that let's you view the full size originals if you have adequate bandwidth. <http://georgesphotos.net/gallery/1315278> See you later, gs <http://georgesphotos.net> On 11/2/06, Jaume Lahuerta <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > So, they didn't address the A10 poor (slow) performance issue? > Shouldn't be that difficult... > > > ----- Mensaje original ---- > De: Margus Männik <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Para: Pentax-Discuss Mail List <[email protected]> > > Hi, > > I reviewed A20 for our local photo/computer magazine last month.
