Maybe, maybe not. It depends on what's causing the streaking.

I have my K10D set to DNG RAW format exclusively now. I refuse to  
even keep that Pentax junk on my hard drive, just a waste of space.

But it doesn't matter. You can do it by editing in the channels with  
Photoshop, after RAW conversion.
