A close friend of mine put one in the new house he was building 25 or so 
years ago. You should have seen his basement - it looked like the inside of 
a submarine with all the piping and valves.
It would be intimidating to move into a house with that installed without a 
thorough instruction manual and good labeling of all the equipment.
