Me too. What sold me on the routine is that I asked my local shop what they were doing that cost me $50 a pop, and this technique is pretty much what they do. They recommended I try it instead of forcing them to charge me for cleaning (and no, they don't sell supplies). Having done it 3-4 times also, I have to say I'll never be comfortable with it, but I know what needs to be done and it goes pretty fast.
