On 2/1/07, Digital Image Studio, discombobulated, unleashed:

>I blow my cameras out using my compressor every month or so even if I
>can;t see dust, works a treat. The other night a friend got me to blow
>out his Canon 350D which has just been on an 18 month around Australia
>trip and has over 100k exposures on its shutter. One puff and there
>was a veritable dust storm, I couldn't believe the crap that came out
>of it and to that point he's only been a little bothered by a couple
>of large dust spots. I wonder if his image contrast will improve? :-)

Holy cow.

I blow my sensor (!) before each outing, but I change lenses like an
optician on crack.
