Good for you, Mike. There are are currently nine or
ten current and former teachers in my extended family.
In fact, my brother teaches anthropology at Durham,
right up the road from Hull. A noble profession, good
on you mate.

I've had the following "jobs:"

Order taker at a pizza delivery place
Soda Jerk in a restaurant
Clerk in a gas station
Auto detailer/Pre Delivery Inspection Tech at a car
dealership
Delivery driver for a patisserie in San Francisco
Electrician and lighting installer/stage hand for
theatrical lighting company
Coffee maker/espresso machine machanic
Warehouse manager for a professional film and
videotape supply house
Inventory planner for a paint manufacturer
Inventory manager for an event rental company
Other inventory/operations management for a marketing
firm
Now doing photography full time

Studied film making in college (that's what my degree
is in), but started in engineering. Finally decided I
was tired of working for other people so now I'm
working for myself. My business hasn't gone anywhere
yet, but I'm very happy with my decision.
