My test showed about 18% for RAW and 12% for JPEG difference in write speeds between Sandisk II and Transcend 150x. http://homepage.mac.com/godders/Pentax-DS-150x-timing/ It isn't anything like a doubling of performance, which the NNNx numbers would imply.
