John, I was in the exact position that you are. The buyer used BIN, and payed via PayPal and I have the money. The user was new, the address was unverified in PayPal. I exchanged a number of emails with the buyer (also lives in Canada). I shipped the camera today, but I"m still nervous that PayPal will try to take the money back if something goes awry. I've heard of PayPal taking money back out of bank accounts after it's been transferred.
